Flat Top Grill Cooking Directions

Preheat flat top grill to 350°F. Spread open thawed split sausage; place cut side down on grill. Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side or until sausage is browned and internal temperature is 140°F.

Convection Oven Cooking Directions

Convection Oven

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread open thawed split sausage; place cut side down on a sheet pan. Bake for 6-7 minutes or until sausage is browned and internal temperature is 140°F.

Commercial Microwave Cooking Directions

Commercial Microwave

Spread open one thawed split sausage. Place cut side down on a microwave safe plate. Cover with a paper towel. Microwave on high for 35-40 seconds or until the internal temperature is 140°F.
