Add frozen or thawed sausage slices directly from the package to a recipe. Add to sauce, pasta, pizza and soup. Heat through until internal temperature is 140°F.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange slices in a shallow layer on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake frozen sausage slices for 6-7 minutes (bake thawed sausage slices for 5-6 minutes) or until sausage is browned and internal temperature is 140°F.
Preheat flat top grill to 350°F. Place sausage slices in a single layer on grill. Grill frozen sausage slices for 4-5 minutes (grill thawed sausage slices for 3-4 minutes), turning often, or until sausage is browned and internal temperature is 140°F.
Add desired amount of sausage slices to a skillet. Do not fill skillet more than half full. Heat over medium-high heat, stirring often. Heat frozen sausage slices for 8-10 minutes (heat thawed sausage slices for 6-8 minutes) or until sausage is browned and the internal temperature is 140°F.
Place 1 cup sausage slices on a microwave safe plate. Cover with paper towel. Microwave frozen sausage slices on high for 80-90 seconds (microwave thawed sausage slices on high for 50-55 seconds) or until internal temperature is 140°F.
