Always thaw product prior to cooking. Pork sausage is fully cooked when it reaches an internal temperature of 160° F.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place patties on sheet pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes (frozen) or 7-9 minutes (thawed) until patties are browned and the internal temperature is 140°F.
Preheat flat top grill to 350°F. Place patties on greased flat top. Heat for 7-9 minutes (frozen) or 5-6 minutes (thawed), turning occasionally, until patties are browned and the internal temperature is 140°F.
