Preheat oven to 350° F.
Slice spaghetti squash in half lengthwise, remove and discard seeds. Brush with vegetable oil and place cut side down on a baking sheet.
Bake for 35-45 minutes or until tender.
Heat Johnsonville Smoked Polish Sausage in skillet over medium heat. Cook until browned; set aside.
Use a fork to scrape spaghetti squash into a large bowl.
Add Johnsonville sausage, tomato sauce and seasonings.
