Heat Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage according to package instructions.
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, combine cream cheese and half and half; whisk together until smooth.
Stir in pepper jack cheese, jalapenos, and yogurt until combined.
Fold in macaroni.
Smother mac & cheese on bun and top with Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage.
Garnish with shredded cheese, jalapenos, and breadcrumbs.
