Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
While pasta is cooking sauté onions and garlic; until tender.
Add Johnsonville Bias Sliced Italian Sausage and red pepper.
Pour in chicken stock and cream; bring to a simmer. Stir in cheese until melted.
Add pasta and spinach; toss to coat. Heat for 1-2 minutes until spinach is wilted.
Season with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
