Black-Eyed Pea Soup with Smoked Sausage

Serve up a familiar Southern Classic in a bowl. This hearty soup is a combo of Johnsonville Smoked Polish Sausage, onion, garlic, thyme, bay leaves, parsley and black-eyed peas.

In a large pot, sauté onions in oil.

Add Johnsonville Smoked Polish Sausage, seasonings, black-eyed peas and chicken stock.

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
