Bavarian Brat Skillet

Your customers will crave this hearty skillet that includes Johnsonville Bias Sliced Brats, bacon, apples, onions, cider vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, cubed hash browns and sauerkraut.

Prepare hash browns according to package directions; set aside.

Cook bacon until crisp; drain and set aside.

In drippings, sauté Johnsonville Bias Sliced Brat until browned.

Add apple and onion; sauté until softened.

Stir in the cider vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper. Cook uncovered until liquid is reduced.

Add hash brown potatoes and sauerkraut; heat through.

Sprinkle with bacon.
