Cook bacon until crisp; drain and set aside.
In drippings, sauté Johnsonville Bias Sliced Brat until browned.
Add apple and onion; sauté until softened.
Stir in the cider vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper. Cook uncovered until liquid is reduced.
Add hash brown potatoes and sauerkraut; heat through.
Sprinkle with bacon.
