Johnsonville® Bold Jalepeno and Cheese Smoked Sausage  (100814)

Johnsonville Bold Jalapeno and Cheese Smoked Sausage are links made with jalapenos, cheddar and blue cheeses in a collagen casing. There are about six links per pound. Each link is approximately 5.25 inches in length. This product is fully cooked, smoked, vacuum packaged and requires refrigeration.

COOKING DIRECTIONS

Grilling

Place links on the grill about 7-9 inches indirectly above heat source (use low heat to avoid splitting casings). Cook 7-10 minutes, turning links often.

Pan-Heating

Place links in pan, add 1/2 inch of water and cover. Simmer on low heat 10 minutes, turning links often.

Microwave

Remove links from package, place in microwave-safe dish. Add water to cover links. Cover dish, heat on high for 1 minute and 45 seconds. Turn links, heat again 1 minute 45 seconds. Let stand for 1-2 minutes prior to serving.
