Smoked Andouille Sausage (4:1) is made with a natural casing. Each link is approximately 6 inches long. This product is fully cooked, smoked and packaged in (2) 5 pound bags.

COOKING DIRECTIONS

Cooking times may vary. All times based upon fully thawed product unless otherwise noted. Serving and holding temp should be minimum 140°F.

flat top grill

Place thawed link onto a medium to low temperature grill. Pour 1/2 cup of water over links. Cover with lid, grill for 3 minutes, turning often. Remove lid, pour 1/2 cup more water over links. Cover, grill for additional 3 minutes.

convection oven

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place thawed links on a sheet tray, add 2 cups of water and bake 16-18 minutes.
