Spinach & Mozzarella Gnocchi

Gnocchi potato pasta tossed with Johnsonville Italian Sausage Slices, Calabrian chile, spinach and fresh mozzarella cheese.

Prepare gnocchi according to package directions; set aside.

Saute chopped onion over medium heat until softened.

Add Johnsonville® Italian Sausage Slices, and Calabrian chile (or other piquant chile).

Add garlic, fresh spinach, salt and pepper, and toss frequently until spinach wilts.

Add prepared gnocchi and add fresh mozzarella pieces and toss. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.
