Prepare Asian egg noodles according to package directions; set aside.
Saute diced onion and carrot over medium high heat until softened.
Add Johnsonville® Brat Slices, fresh broccoli, and sugar snap peas and saute until warmed through.
Add ginger, garlic, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, scallions, salt and pepper, and toss until sauce thickens.
Add prepared Asian egg noodles and toss before serving.
