In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt apple jelly. Wisk in the apple juice, mustard, bourbon, lemon juice and ground clove; remove from heat and set aside.
Place brats on a greased, foil-lined baking pan.
Baste with glaze and bake 10-12 minutes; basting occasionally.
Slice zucchini and grill.
Cook sweet potatoes until tender; drain and mash.
